We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, filter sizes, compatibility information, materials, coatings, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, product appearance may vary slightly because of:

• Device screen settings

• Display calibration

• Photography lighting

• Product improvements

• Packaging changes

• Minor manufacturing tolerances

Such minor variations do not affect any rights you may have where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable law.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may be updated before an order is accepted.

We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available to a person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

Section 4 — Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product compatibility information before placing an order.

For photography filters and lens accessories, relevant compatibility information may include:

• Lens hood compatibility

A filter thread diameter, such as 49 mm, 67 mm, 77 mm, or 82 mm, is not necessarily the same as the lens focal length.

If you are uncertain about compatibility, contact hi@xtfilters.com before placing your order.

Nothing in this section removes any remedy available where XT Filters provided materially inaccurate compatibility information.

Section 5 — Orders and Contract Formation

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in that order.

An automatic order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we:

• Send you a shipping confirmation;

• Otherwise expressly confirm acceptance; or

• Begin fulfilling the order,

whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasonable reasons, including:

A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed by XT Filters.

Orders that have already shipped are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Section 7 — Consumer and Commercial Orders

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders placed through the standard XT Filters online store are intended for personal, professional end use, or ordinary business use.

You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale, misleading relabelling, counterfeiting, or representation as an authorized XT Filters distributor.

Wholesale, reseller, private-label, or distribution arrangements require separate written approval and may be subject to separate commercial terms.

Section 8 — Prices, Currency, and Billing

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

The final amount charged will be displayed before you complete payment.

Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by applicable law in cases involving an obvious pricing error.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–15 business days, although delivery times are estimates and may vary.

XT Filters does not guarantee an exact delivery date unless such a guarantee is expressly stated in writing.

XT Filters is not responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier disruptions

• Customs inspections

• Import clearance

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Strikes

• Public holidays

• Government restrictions

• Incorrect customer information

This does not remove any responsibility or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Risk of loss or damage will pass in accordance with applicable law. Where mandatory consumer law requires XT Filters to remain responsible until physical delivery to the customer or an authorized recipient, that mandatory rule will apply.
