Coverage period

XT filters include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is required by mandatory consumer law in your country.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects that exist at manufacture or arise under normal, intended use, for example:

• Coating delamination not caused by abrasion or chemicals
• Ring/thread defects that prevent proper mounting when used as intended
• Structural failure of the frame under normal handling

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Scratches, chips, or cracks from drops, impact, or improper cleaning
• Damage from solvents, abrasive cloths, sand, salt spray, or extreme heat
• Wear from normal use of threads and outer ring finishes
• Loss, theft, or cosmetic aging
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Modifications, attempted repairs, or use with incompatible adapters

How to file a claim

Email support with your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or short video of the defect. Do not return the product until we approve the claim.

If approved, we may repair, replace with the same or equivalent model, or refund at our discretion when repair/replacement is not reasonably available.

Proof of purchase

A valid order confirmation from our store (or authorized channel we recognize) is required. Keep your order email and packing list.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which cannot be excluded. If those laws provide a longer minimum period or different remedies, those rules prevail in your jurisdiction.
