XT996 PRO BLACK FRAME LENS PROTECTION FILTER

XT996 PRO Black Frame Lens Protection Filter

The XT Filters XT996 PRO is an optically near-invisible protection filter: it shields your front element from dust, scratches, rain, and fingerprints while leaving color, contrast, and sharpness untouched. Average transmission is about 99.6% with average reflectance down to roughly 0.08%, so it can stay on the lens full time.

The black anodized frame suppresses stray reflections inside the filter mount, backed by a double-sided 36–48-layer multi-coating. Sizes run from 34mm to 105mm, including dedicated 39mm Leica and Fujifilm versions, a 46mm Leica version, and a 49mm version that fits the Leica Q3 43.

Questions about your lens? info@xtfilters.com

Which size fits my lens?

Use the Ø marking on the front rim or lens cap, not the focal length. Confirm any adapter before ordering. Send Leo the exact lens model if you are unsure.

Should I leave Black Mist on all the time?

Not for every scene. Leo recommends removing it when fog already softens the image or when fine detail is the priority. Pick the strength for your light.

What about shipping and returns?

In-stock orders typically dispatch from China in 1–3 business days. Import fees may apply. Standard returns require unused, uninstalled filters and approval; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
